Information about history, culture, tradition and even tracks and accommodations of the valleys in the western alps are rare in German language – so Sabine Bade & Wolfram Mikuteit began simply to search on their own. Their findings have been published now in some hiking guides about their favourite trekking area: Auf der Via Alpina durch Seealpen und Ligurische Alpen GR 52A Le Sentier Panoramique du Mercantour Alta Via Val di Susa In addition they launched their ‚Westalpenblog‘ in 2007 with information on culture, tradition and history, beside all kind of hands on tips, that could be important for others.
